Stone Cottage Bakery began with a simple conviction: that the best bread comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of care. Nestled along SE 282nd Avenue in Boring, Oregon, our cottage kitchen has become a neighborhood gathering place — where the smell of rising dough greets you before you even step inside.
We bake everything from scratch, every single day. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our butter croissants are laminated by hand. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who share our obsession with quality. This isn't fast food disguised as artisanal — it's real baking, done the way it should be.

We start before dawn so everything hits the shelf at its peak. If it doesn't sell, we don't serve yesterday's.
